    1. How do I add the widget from the demo showing the full-screen testimonial quote?
    2. How do I get the Appointment contact form to look the same as the demo and have the send button on it?

    I’m using Divi Builder and could not get it to copy the demo.

    Hope you are doing good!

    1) Please have a look at the testimonial widget doc here: https://www.prodesigns.com/wordpress-themes/documentation/medical-way-plus/#6.MW:Testimonials. This will give you a better idea.

    2) For Appointment Form: You can use MW: Services widget to generate the same layout and use the contact form 7 plugin to generate from.
