Tagline won't change

    Hello,
    I am customising my recently bought Ritz Pro. The original tagline that I saved will not disappear despite altering it and saving it numerous times and also deleting it.
    Please advise how I change this?

    Hi @leanne,

    Please make sure you have selected option to display site title and tagline like shown here https://prnt.sc/hws52t

    Go to Appearance >> Customize >> Site Identity and select this option.

    If you still see the same problem, please provide us your site URL and screenshot or error you get.
