    How do you add a sticky header, so menu and and a minimised logo is always visible

    Hello itnchans,

    We apologize for not being able to respond earlier.

    Sticky header feature already added in winsome theme.
    Can you please let us know what is your exact issue?

    Please provide us a screenshot of the issue and URL of the site.

    How is the sticky header edited, specifically the menu items displayed there?

    Hello There!

    Greetings of the day!

    To change the menu details, please go to Appearance >> Customize >> click on the pencil icon being displayed beside the menu.

    Once you click on the Pencil, you can view menu related details in the left navigation panel and you can set the menu and edit the menu details from that section.

    There’s no pencil next to the menu items; only on next to the logo

    Hello There!

    Hope you are doing good!

    It seems that you have not created a primary menu for your website.
    Go to Appearance >> Menus and create a menu.
    After creating a menu, add the menu items you would like to show on the header
    and after adding items, please select the ‘Primary’ option in the Menu Setting and save the changes so a pencil icon will be displayed as mentioned in the above reply and you will be able to customize it
