    We are not able to regenerate the issue in your site as shown in screenshot, looks like issue resolved.
    If not then our suggestion is to create a child theme and write media related CSS and style.css and enqueue it in the header so it will load before the content.

    The theme does not have such functionality by default, You need to create a child theme and override header.php template to customize the header.
