Product image size too big

I tried to email and click on the contact and ask for support but no reply. So i figure probably is better to ask here. I have a problem with the product page, I am using Ecommerce Gem Plus and using WooCommerce plugins for all the products. My products appear to be very big in the product page, and my client couldnt see the full images on the image display area. They has to scroll up and down to have a complete idea of how the product look like. I can’t find any place for me to set the product size , the only place i can key in the size is at the customize- woocommerce- product – main product size, but regardless what size i key in, there is no changes in the product display image size. it remains the same.

below is one of my product page, please have a look, the image size are way too big. even though i resize my picture manually and reupload, it still shows the same size. I contacted Woo Commerce, and they say is the theme issue, ask me to contact you. thanks
