Portfolio URL change and sorting issues

Hello, I was wondering if there is anyway to rename the”ptta-portfolio” from the url. For example, “inc.com/ptta-portfolio/support/” to “inc.com/markets/support/

Also, I noticed that the sorting in the portfolio is inconsistent to the front page. On the front page it displays by latest published date first, while on the actual portfolio page the navigation arrows go by first published date, meaning the navigation arrows go backwards instead of forward.
