Business Inn

Business Inn is multipurpose business theme suitable for business, corporate, informative, agencies, travel, blog, design, art, personal and any other creative websites. It comes with custom widgets to make user easy to develop their site without knowledge of code and design. It has one click demo import option so users can get their site ready like a demo of the theme in a single click. Business Inn is loaded with premium features to make high-quality websites of any scale.

Theme Installation

From WordPress Dashboard

• Log in to the WordPress Administration Panels.
• Go to the Appearance panel, then Themes.
• Click Add New.
• Upload the Zip file of Business Inn
• After Installing the theme Click Activate button

FTP Installation (alternate method)

• Use your FTP software to browse to wp-content/themes folder.
• Extract business-inn.zip and upload the folder.
• Once it’s uploaded, go to your WordPress Admin, browse to Appearance > Themes.
• Click the Activate link.

Customization Options

Go to the Admin Panel > Appearance > Customize

Logo, Site Title & Tagline

• Go to Appearance > Customize > Site Identity
• You can change Logo, Site Title, Tagline and Site Icon (Favicon) from this option.
• This theme has 3 options to display logo, title and tagline.
• Click Save & Publish to save the changes.

Colors

• You can easily change background color of the site.
• Go to Appearance > Customize > Colors
• Change the color as your need.
• Click Save & Publish to save the changes.

Header Image

This option can be use to change the background image breadcrumb section of inner pages.

Note: Header image will be visible if Breadcrumb is enabled. You can go to Appearance > Customize > Theme Options > Breadcrumb Options to enable Breadcrumb of the theme.

Background Image

You can easily change the background image of the site.

• Go to Appearance > Customize > Background Image
• Upload or select image from media library to change background image.
• Click Save & Publish to save the changes.

Theme Options

Go to Appearance > Customize > Theme Options. This section includes Top Header Options, Layout Options, Footer Options and Breadcrumb Options.

Top Header Options

From this section, you can enable or disable top header (bar) and manage location address, phone number or email address.

• Go to Appearance > Customize > Theme Options > Top Header Options
• Check all the available options on this section.
• Click on Save & Publish to save the changes.

Layout Options

This section include options to select sidebar and excerpt length.

• Go to Appearance > Customize > Theme Options > Layout Options
• Check all the available options on this section.
• Click Save & Publish to save the changes.

Footer Options/ Copyright Text

This section include options to change copyright text of the theme.

• Go to Appearance > Customize > Theme Options > Footer Options
• Check all the available options on this section.
• Click Save & Publish to save the changes.

Breadcrumb Options

This section include options to enable or disable breadcruumb.

• Go to Appearance > Customize > Theme Options > Breadcrumb Options
• Check all the available options on this section.
• Click Save & Publish to save the changes.

Featured Slider Options

This option allow you to control status and options of slider. It has 3 sub sections: Slider On/Off, Slider Effects Settings and Slider Elements On/Off.

Slider On/Off

This option allow you to enable or disable slider and select slider pages for 5 different slides.

• Go to Appearance > Customize > Featured Slider Options > Slider Slider On/Off
• To enable slider, select ‘Enable Slider’ check box. Once this option is selected 5 dropdowns will appear for slides to assign page for respective slider item.
• Click on Save & Publish to save the changes.

Note: Pages selected for slider need to have featured image assigned else it will not appear on slider.

Slider Effects Settings

This option allow you to change settings of slide like transition effects, slide delay and duration of slide.

• Go to Appearance > Customize > Featured Slider Options > Slider Effects Settings
• Use all the available options on this section as per your requirement.
• Click on Save & Publish to save the changes.

Slider Elements On/Off

This option allow you to show or hide different elements of slide like caption, arrows, dots(pager), button, overlay and more.

• Go to Appearance > Customize > Featured Slider Options > Slider Effects Settings
• Show Caption/Description shows or hide title, description and read more button of slider
• Show Arrow shows or hide navigation arrows of slider
• Show Pager shows or hide dots (pager) at bottom slider
• Enable Autoplay can be use to enable or disable auto play mode of slider
• Enable Overlay enable or disable background overlay added over each slide
• Slide Caption/Description Length to set number of words used in description of each slide
• Enable Readmore Button will enable or disable readmore button of each slide
• Read More Text is the option to change text of button used on slider
• Click on Save & Publish to save the changes.

Menus

This theme comes with three menu locations. Top Menu, Primary Menu and Social Menu

Top Menu

• This menu will appear on top header if top bar is enabled.
• Create a menu and add the items on the menu.
• Set the menu on the Top Menu.
• Save the Menu

Primary Menu

• This menu will appear on Main menu for the site.
• Create a menu and add the items on the menu.
• Set the menu on the Primary Menu.
• Save the Menu

Social Menu

• Add the link for social Menu(Use Custom Link to create this menu)
• In custom link, add link for Facebook Menu(www.facebook.com/username)
• Add the menu and follow the same steps for twitter, Instagram.
• Select the Social Menu for this.
• Click on Save & Publish to save the changes.

Widgets Area

Go to Appearance > Customize > Widgets

• Select the widgets or items like Search, Pages, Recent Posts, Recent Comments, Categories, Archives, Text, Calendar, etc to be added on the sidebar, homepage widget area or footer widgets area.
• Click on Save & Publish to save the changes.

Custom Widgets of theme

Add these available widgets on widget area to make the awesome sites. Go to Appearance > Customize > Widget and add the widget on required widget area.

1. BI: About Us

This widget is to display about us section with featured image and skill progress bar.

• Title: This is the main title of the widget.
• Select Page: Content and featured image of the page selected from dropdown will be used as content and image of about us section.
• Image Position: Image can be aligned left or right.
• Show skill chart: Option to show or hide skill progress bar (chart).

2. BI: CTA

This widget is to display call to action button with text and background.

• Title: This is the main title of the widget.
• Select Page: Content of the page selected from dropdown will be used as content CTA section.
• Primary Button Text: Option to add primary button text. Leave empty if you want to hide it.
• Primary Button URL: Option to add link of the primary button.
• Secondary Button Text: Option to add secondary button text. Leave empty if you want to hide it.
• Secondary Button URL: Option to add link of the secondary button.
• Background Image: Option to add parallax background image. Leave empty if you do not want to add background image.

3. BI: Latest News

This widget is to display latest posts. 3 recent posts will be shown using this widget.

• Title: This is the main title of the widget.
• Select Category: Select category if you want to show posts from specific category.
• Exclude Categories: Add category ID if you want to exclude post to list from any category.
• Excerpt Length: Option to change the number of words used in description of blog list.
• Read More Text: Option to add read more button text. Leave empty if you want to hide it.
• Hide Posted Date: Option to show or hide date of the post.

4. BI: Services

This widget is to display services with image.

• Title: This is the main title of the widget.
• Excerpt Length: Option to change the number of words used in description of services list.
• Read More Text: Option to add read more button text. Leave empty if you want to hide it.
• Service Page 1 to 9: Content and featured image of the page selected from dropdown will be used as services content and image/icon.

5. BI: Social

This widget is to create social links in the widget area. Set the social menus, that menu will appear with the help of this widget. In the above section, we have already discussed how to create the social menu.
