After theme purchase, you might have received a zip file of the theme.
After extracting that file, Please go to ‘Document’ and open ‘eCommerce Gem Plus_Theme License Activation Guide.pdf’, you will get all required details for adding a license key.

So, Having followed these steps, I put in the wrong license key (because the pdf guide doesn’t mention where to find the license key) and ended up putting the serial number for the purchase.
Now every time I try put in the Correct License key, it still updates with the old one.
How do I rectify this?
(Note for anyone having similar issues, your license key can be found on your profile when you log into prodesigns.com, and NOT on your invoice, don’t repeat my mistakes)
Ok so figured a fix for advanced users: in the DB, in wp_options, there’s a field called ecommerce-gem-plus_license_key.
You can update it there.
To the devs – please update the admin license key field so you can update it.
